The Semiconductor industry enjoys constant recognition from arbiters of various science fields and governments. Now scientists pay more attention to the evolution of the Semiconductor industry. The phenomena such as "silicon valley" are learned and imitated by other high-tech industries.This paper, from the view of architecture, studies the change in Semiconductor products and the reformation in business structure when Semiconductor techniques evolve. It also illustrates the case in the four Semiconductor production bases, on the basis of the research on the international migration of Semiconductor industry, to analyze the migration system as well as the factors influencing it after investigating the technical traits, technique evolvement, business strategies, business organizing power and the state business policies.This paper is divided into five chapters as follows: The first chapter introduces relative concepts in Semiconductor industry and analyzes its main characteristics and importance to economic increase.
