Pallet is one of the main assembled package in modern logistic,Pallet Package can keep the product safe,steady and efficient when moved. With the development of economy rapidly, the consumption of pallet has increased fast. Consequently, the safety load and reasonable design of pallet package have become more and more important.For a long time, Pallet's design and supply are not reasonable because of inadequate research on basic academic and design system of Pallet Package. Meanwhile, the reasonability of simulation experiment about pallet's quality and load capacity have a great effect on the evaluation of pallet's actual load capacity and reasonable design. Therefore, it is meaningful to research on the pallet's load performance and its experiment evaluation,it can give reasonable suggestion on saving material and scientific design in pallet package industry. According to the above problems and combining with the pratical production, we found that Pallet Package's failure of anti-bending is the main factor result in products'damage. In order to solve the problem, aimed to pallet's bending load performance, this paper used theoretical research and experimental analysis to do following research:(1) Analyzed the effect of circulating environment,load type,pallet's structure on pallet's load capacity and structure design, the conclusion was that stringer and deck were the main factors which affect the pallet's load capacity under some bending load conditions, then new reasonable structural design procedure and implementing method were proposed.(2) Based on mechanics theory and different work conditions, established the mechanical model of pallet's deck and string under different load mode, put forward the design conditions of strength and stiffness and discussed the method of improving pallet's strength and stiffness.(3) Compared with the relation of mechanical model under different work environments, bring forward the pallet's design principle on the condition of different work environments, which provided evidence for the reasonable design of wooden pallet.(4) Researched the simulant experiment under different load and work condition, have modified the mechanical model of pallet's deck and stringer.(5) Compared with the bending load behave of deck and stringer between concentrated load and uniformly distributed load, summarized the conversion of bending strength and stiffness between concentrated load and uniformly distributed load,it bring forward scientific method of bending load experiment and evaluation.Research results provided theoretical evidence for the pallet's bending load experiment and design, it had practical directive significance for optimizing pallet materials,design and its evaluation.
