The core of the modern business competition is focused on talent and intellect. Organizational trust forms an atmosphere of information sharing and brain storming for employees, which can increase their creativity and corporate performance. Meanwhile, it is useful to retain core staff and enhance corporate core competitiveness by increasing employees' organizational trust. This article illustrates that it represents different degree in organizational trust with various stages in corporate development. Therefore, it is important to raise organizational trust degree in different stages of the corporate life cycle.This article contains theories from several fields, such as organizational behavior, organizational theory, etc. This research is mainly based on qualitative method, and plus quantitative method, which brings theory and fact together. The data is collected by questionnaires collection, and is analyzed by SPSS in order to find out the factors that affecting organizational trust. The research reveals that the degree of organizational trust varies markedly and is affected by different major elements in different stages of corporate development. And the corporate culture is positively related to organizational trust.The emphasis of this article is the fourth and the fifth chapters. The fourth chapter is mainly focused on analysis on organizational trust while the fifth is on the measures of improving organizational trust. On the basis of further data analysis, this article shows the main positive and negative influencing factors of organizational trust in the period of founding, growing, maturing and declining. The article also brings forward measures with pertinence according to the origin of the negative factors. Moreover, the article explores a way to build the organizational trust from the beginning of the founding period, which increases inner organizational trust by the positive influence of corporate culture to the organizational trust on the foundation of corporate culture.
