| With the increasingly fierce market competition of the high-tech industrial products in the Semi-finished Product Industry, the traditional model of marketing has been difficult to adapt the demands of market that is changing frequently. For the high-tech industrial products enterprises in the Semi-finished Product Industry, the key of marketing has changed from product-oriented to providing customers solutions-oriented. So carrying out solution marketing is the trend in the near future. However, the solution marketing is generally used in the communication industry and the IT industry. So the domestic research about how to use it on the high-tech industrial products in the Semi-finished Product Industry is in the exploratory stage and the theories of this area are still immature. Even though some basic theories have formed, they are still scattered and could not become a complete knowledge construction system, not to mention playing a systematic guiding role in the practice.According to the domestic status quo, this thesis draws lessons from the Chinese and Foreign latest researches and their results, making use of the marketing management science like 4E to proceed the completely and systematic research for the solution marketing implementation of the high-tech industrial products in the Semi-finished Product Industry. This thesis is divided into three parts to research the solution marketing implementation in the high-tech industrial products in the Semi-finished Product Industry. The preparation stage firstly, the company makes preparation of making the process, remodeling the corporate culture, management concept and the organizational structure, integrating the company resources; In the implementation stage, the thesis researches the process of the solution marketing implementation from four points, the project, the value, the channels and the customer, and provides the customers with comprehensive solutions; In the latter part of the implementation, the company needs to carry out evaluation of the results. The thesis constructs an efficiency evaluation system of solution marketing for the high-tech industrial products in the Semi-finished Product Industry, and chooses the AHP and method of fuzzy synthetic judgment to evaluate the effect of the solution marketing used in the high-tech industrial products in the Semi-finished Product Industry, and provides a basis for the company both in mastering the effect of marketing and in the changing the strategy. Finally, this thesis lists a successful company in Semi-finished Product Industry which used solution marketing in the high-tech industrial products, then finds out the shortages and gives suggestions for it, and concludes several revelations of using solution marketing in the high-tech industrial products in Semi-finished Product Industry.The research production of this thesis can provide systematic theory guiding about using solution marketing in high-tech industrial products in Semi-finished Product Industry, and also can supply reference for the companies of high-tech industrial products in the Semi-finished Product Industry who have the preparation to develop the solution marketing. |
