| The FDI,s entry not only promote the rapid development of our country, ease the pressure of employment, make up the lack of funds, expand the import and export,s scale and level in China and upgraded our country status in international society, but also brought advanced technology and experienced operation for domestic enterprises. So FDI,s entry improve the technology level and market competitiveness of domestic enterprise. But the FDI in China is different between in the beginning of Reform and Opening and in current time. So whether FDI still have a positive spill effect to our domestic enterprise,Independent Innovation? Does FDI have a positive or negative effect in china? Which problem we would face when we attract FDI? In this paper, these are all the main content we will study.In first chapter, we introduce the reviews of domestic and international investigation ,also we set forth the research results and method of relative investigation in order to facilitate the next question we will study in next chapter. Chapterâ…¡, we will introduce the content and characteristic of the Independent Innovation. We realize the most fundamental characteristics of the Independent Innovation are endogenous. The thing we introduced in this chapter is to distinguish the concepts of the Independent Innovation with technological transformation, technological introduction, technological innovation, and technology transfer. The next we introduce the relative theory about Independent Innovation. When making an introduction of theory, we also study the progress of the theory. The earliest theory is Schumpeter's innovation theory, which had a large limitation, because Schumpeter thought all the scientific progress and inventions are exogenous, but at least he confirmed the enterpriser's key role in the process of innovation. The following economists, such as Phelps,Milton,Friedman, amended the Schumpeterian theory, they viewed the technological innovation as endogenous, that made the theory has been widely recognized. On the basis of the theory of Schumpeter, the technological innovation theory has been preceded developed and improved.Chapterâ…¢, from the situation of the attraction of FDI and Independent Innovation, we start to analysis the positive and negative affect which FDI impact the enterprise in China. Based on the analysis above, we also analyze the factors of FDI impaction on China's enterprise. In the section of the presentation of the situation of FDI in China,it is concerned that the scale of FDI flowing in China has been increasing year by year, but, the FDI is still unequal in regions during the 30 years of Reform and Opening up. The attraction of FDI of eastern region accounted for more than 80 percent of nationwide. Besides, The FDI in China showed a trend toward sole proprietorship, which is disadvantage to our enterprise absorbing the advanced technology of foreign enterprise. The ability of the Independent Innovation of our enterprise has been enhanced in recent year, especially in patent, which have shown that the awareness of protection IPR of enterprise has been strengthened and the ability of Independent Innovation has been improved. When anglicizing the impaction of FDI on our enterprise Independent Innovation, we mainly used the theory of FDI technology spillovers channels. According to the results of existing research, the affection of FDI on China's Independent Innovation mainly through the model to imitate effect, competition effect, associated effect and person movement effect. The sectionâ…£of this chapter, we mainly analysis the factors which FDI affect on the Independent Innovation of our enterprise, it includes four points: the absorptive capacity of enterprises, the technological gap between domestic and foreign enterprise, market environment in China, as well as the way of FDI inflowing.Chapterâ…£,used the method of descriptive and empirical analysis, we test the impaction between FDI and Independent Innovation of our enterprise. Firstly, seeing the Independent Innovation as an input-output activity, we set up an economic model in accordance with the correlation. Collected the 2000-2006 data, we adopted the panel data to prevent the problem of degrees of freedom because of small sample. We used the patent application of large industrial enterprise as interpreted variable, and used the expenditure of technology, FDI, and the absorptive ability as independent variables to inspect the relationship between them. Inspecting results improve that the impaction of FDI to our enterprise Independent Innovation is positive, but compared to the influence of technology funds, regional economic level, the influence was not coefficient. It showed that we should pay more attention on the FDI attraction of west and middle region in future process and make more preferential policies for backward areas to assist and enhance the capability of Independent Innovation. Here is a great concern that the impaction of the input of technological person to patent is negative, which show that the technological person does not drive the improvement of enterprise innovation. It possibly because on the hand the inflowing FDI cultivate a large number of scientific person for our country, on the other hand, foreign enterprise attract the talent with their huge benefit, which makes the quality of technology person is not high in our domestic enterprise.Chapterâ…¤,based on the chapter above, we make a depth analysis of the shorting and problem in FDI and Independent Innovation and put forward some referent recommendations and policy. |
