Automobile exports level is an important indicator of a country's automobile industry developed degree,but also to measure the level of automobile enterprise competitiveness.Liuzhou is an important industrial city in China's western region, automobile and parts industry is one of the three pillars industry of Liuzhou. There are FAW,SAIC,Dongfeng,Sinotruk Group vehicles.Liuzhou is a national auto and auto parts export base. Facing fierce market competition,the development strategy of the automobile-export is very important.Firstly, analysis of the status quo Liuzhou automobile exports, then analysis of the status quo of China's auto exports,and then analysis of the main export market of Liuzhou 's auto exports. Learn from the auto exports experience of Latin America, Japan and South Korea. Analysis of Liuzhou 's auto exports internal resources. Secondly,in accordance with the Professor Michael Porter's diamond model,the paper analysis of Liuzhou automobile export competitiveness, including: factor conditions, demand conditions, related industries and the status of auxiliary industries, the structure of corporate strategy and competition, the opportunity to and the Government. In the current international financial crisis, the automobile exports have encountered temporary difficulties, but from the long-term development, vehicle exports are still of great potential. Automobile is a pillar industry in Liuzhou, automobile exports is a fundamental way to development Liuzhou automobile industry. This paper use the method of SWOT to study Liuzhou automobile export opportunities,advantages,disadvantages and threats,pointing out that the Liuzhou automobile industry has done a good foundation, with four major automotive production base of Automobile Group, the initial formation of the automotive industry cluster,with a group of self-brand automotive products.Liuzhou is a regional transport hub in southwest China, with good water, road and rail transport infrastructure, adjacent to the Southeast Asian countries with good economic advantage. Liuzhou faces favorable external development opportunities, the state is implementing the western development strategy, the construction of the Northern Gulf Economic Zone up to the national development strategy, China is building a "China - ASEAN Free Trade Area." China introduced"Auto Industry Development Policy" in 2004, in response to the international financial crisis, China introduction of the "automobile industry restructuring and revitalization of planning" in March 2009,to further promote the development of the automobile industry. Guangxi put automobile industry as a key industries to develop, the determination of the Liuzhou automobile industry cluster into a central city. Liuzhou is the implementation of "economic upgrading, urban transition," development strategy, the automobile industry is a key industry for development. Liuzhou automobile industry to achieve greater development, Liuzhou must focus on the development of exports of automotive products, it should be the development of the export development strategy can be effectively done to revitalize and develop the automotive industry.Secondly,in the basis of strategic analysis, this article propose a strategic choice of Liuzhou automobile exports. Automobile exports to cultivate their own brands, Liuzhou has "Wulin", "Chevrolet spark", "Chenlong", "Fengxing" and more influential brands, brands should intensify efforts to nurture and protect. Support exports of auto parts, automobile production are controlled by four major domestic auto groups, Liuzhou no more right to speak, should focus on the development of auto parts manufacturers. Actively expand exports of automotive parts for foreign car manufacturers to provide well-known facilities, integration into the global automotive supply chain. Identified as the main export markets of ASEAN, Liuzhou production of automotive products are low-end products, prices were relatively cheap, suitable for relatively backward economy of the developing countries, exports of automotive products must be taken to differentiate the export strategy, a reasonable target market, the ASEAN countries as the main export market. Support enterprises in overseas investment, Abroad to set up car manufacturing plant, and promote exports of automotive products. Improve the car after-sales service of automobile exports.Finally, in this paper, Liuzhou Automobile export strategy proposed measures. The development of the automobile industry cluster, the construction of the automobile industry cluster in Guangxi Center, an extension of the automobile industry chain, to improve the export competitiveness of automotive products. Introduced the use of national planning, the revitalization of the automobile industry the opportunity to seek domestic and foreign automobiles and auto parts manufacturers in cooperation with corporate restructuring, the Union and other forms, and expand the scale of the automobile industry. And the introduction of composite culture of the automobile industry personnel, research and development to increase investment and improve the capacity of independent innovation. Automobile exports to increase to support the Government efforts to formulate policies to promote exports, create a favorable environment for development, work vigorously carry out investment, the introduction of large-scale automobile enterprise groups, to strengthen the auto industry park, providing a good social intermediary services, strong support for automobile exports.
