The Study Of The Strategy Of Business Transformation Of CQ Branch Of China Construction Bank Based On The Analysis Of Profit Structure

After China participated into WTO, banking business opened up completely. The reform of financial system has already been accelerated. In recent years, the operation condition of commercial banks has been changing dramatically. It has been generally accepted by all the domestic banks that the traditional scale expansion and credit profit based running and growth should be changed and the operation transformation, especially the business transformation should be implemented.Profitability is an important indicator which measures bank's operation and daily management. To create outstanding profitable performance is vital to the sustainable and stable development of commercial banks. With the development of decades, even millions of years, foreign banks have so far formed a set of advanced and rather mature business running concept and profitability model and a stable profit growth and structure.Facing the situation of fierce competition among banks, banks have realized the need of business transformation. Innovation of existing revenue structure and business progress is necessary. Up to now, most of the domestic studies of bank profitability are on general profitability, few are on structure. The transition of profit structure is the intensive reflection of bank's operation transformation in face of the changing needs of customers. The important questions that all the banks are thinking thoroughly and craving for solutions are how to implement business transformation, improve benefit structure, maintain and enhance core competence.In this paper, the research object is CQ Branch of China Construction Bank. Based on the characteristics of the development of banking business, through the study of the surroundings of CQ Branch of China Construction Bank and customer groups, through the comparison of business development of others banks, the scheme of business transformation and development focus are put forth. At last of the paper, the writer put forward advices for the implementation of the business transformation strategy in hopes of providing some help for implementation of business transformation of CQ Branch of China Construction Bank.
