With the globalization, market-oriented and information era's coming, the scope and depth of social competition is becoming more and more outspread. At a time of increasing competition, many enterprises give their staff have put forward higher requirements about work efficiency and quality. So more and more people feel that their work stress is increasing. As one of the nation's important economic department, the bank have some characteristic, like wide scope of their business, strong integration, high requirements, heavy duty, and so on. So bank stuff often work under high stress. The early research showed that excessive stress will have a negative impact on employees' job satisfaction, and which will affect the enterprise's performance. Therefore, job stress has taken more attention of enterprise managers and researchers.In this paper, It's taken the Xi'an Commercial Bank employees as an example, do a questionnaire survey for 9 bank 153 employees in Xi'an, the survey work relating to work stress, job satisfaction, personal and business information in four aspects of the situation. The aim of this paper is try to collect data to measure the job stress of bank employees and the level of job satisfaction, analysis their relationship between job stress and job satisfaction, and explore which specific aspects of job stress will affect the job satisfaction of bank employees.In this paper, use SPSS15.0 package for data analysis. First of all, do some simple descriptive statistics, and then using one-way ANOVA, independent samples T test and subsequent Scheffe multiple comparison test for differences analysis about job stress and job satisfaction. Finally, using Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis of job stress and job satisfaction to do in-depth study of the relationship. The results show that the job stress and job satisfaction of bank employees in Xi'an area are in the middle level. And the bank staff with different features of personal characteristics and enterprise characteristics have significant differences on job stress and job satisfaction. Also job stress has positive and negative points, which has a significant relationship with job satisfaction, job stress on job satisfaction has a certain role in prediction.Based on the results of this study, make some suggestions to follow-up research and enterprise managers: should be paid attention to the role of prediction of job stress, correct distinction between positive and negative stress, stress control to employees at the range of affordable, and improve employee satisfaction.
