Driven in the reform and opening up in china and the tide of the world economy, the electronics industry, an emerging scientific and technological development of industries has been rapid development and great progress in the 90's, which has become one of the pillar industries of our country's the national economy now. Along with economic globalization, market internationalization and the diversification and the personalized of customer demand for more and more strongly.The electronics industrys' enterprises in the context will face new challenges and opportunities.The corporates have recognized human resources and technology which play also an important role in development of enterprises at the future, but the staff face technology innovation ,and bear from the high competition and the pressure among enterprises.How to motivate staff from management,how to improve job satisfaction of employees, which has become Key questions of the current electronics industry must to resolve. It is on the basis of this reason,this study start from staff's work values, to explore the electronics industry employees of xi'an the attention on the orientation of job values and the current situation of job satisfaction,and to analyze cognitive differences of work values and job satisfaction in the background of different enterprises and staff's individuals , to study the relationship between the various dimensions of job values and job satisfaction in the final,thus make recommendations for enterprise managers.This study is based on questionnaire survey, by using work values questionnaire of Wu Tiexiong and a short questionnaire of Minnesota for the basic instrument. Selecting 7 enterprises of the electronics industry for the study in Xi'an, a total of 125 questionnaires,through software stata10.0 dealing with data, the data collected is made by statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, Scheffe comparison analysis, robust multivariate linear regression.The results of analysis show that the electronics industry employees of Xi'an attach the most importance to social interaction values, dignity values, and feel more satisfied, are in a middle-level.In work values, self-realization orientation, dignity orientation, orientation of social interaction,organizational security and economic orientation to job satisfaction significant positive effects, enterprise managers can inspire the staff these value orientations to enhance staff job satisfaction.
