The Study On Inner Mongolia's Heavy And Chemical Industrialization Development Way Based On The New Road To Industrialization

As the national economy "backbone", Heavy and chemical industry is a strong material basis for the realization of economic modernization. Inner Mongolia is rich in resources; it is not only the country's important energy and heavy chemical industry base, but also the important ecological barriers in North. Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region already has a certain basis .In the future, the heavy chemical industry is still the main driving forces for Inner Mongolia's economic development. Also, many disharmony factors also appeared as the rapid development of heavy chemical industry, such as environment degradation, resource consumption and lower levels of community employment etc. so, at the view of science development and new industrialization path, how to realize the industry's harmony development has become one of the important topics to be solved,.In this thesis, it analysis the heavy chemical industry development circumstance with the theories of development economics ,industry and economics and industrialization firstly, the result indicates that the Inner Mongolian industry already entered the industrialization intermediate stage, the character of heavy industry is obvious. secondly a set of synthetic evaluation system was constructed and used to appraisal the development circumstance of Inner Mongolian heavy industry, results show that Inner Mongolia has the superiority in economics coordination, but to realize the harmony development among heavy industry , economics and society, the resource comprehensive utilization and the level of enterprise informationization need to optimize; in the end, constructing the mentality and pattern for the development of Inner Mongolia heavy industry based on the realistic problem and inside and outside environment, and proposing some measurements for the development of heavy chemical industry in Inner Mongolia, the measurements include industrial , finance and tax, laws, investment and financing mechanism, the marker price and technology innovation mechanism etc.
