Corporate culture is the extension of culture in the specific area of corporate. Under the situation of social and economical conditions, it is the sum of value, ethic and code of behavior of employees composed through practical activities. It is special cultural management mode based on the sense of worth during its development. In fact, the competition among the companies is the cultural competition in the era of the knowledge-based economy based on finance technology and information.It is more than 20 years since corporate culture has entered our country. Some companies have obtained much achievement such as HAIER and HUAWEI, but others company's corporate culture construction still stop on the low level and closed stage. Their corporate culture usually was deemed the company's ideological and political work. And they think that the recreational and sports activities are corporate culture. Some companies think that the corporate cultural is some similar slogans, system, and logo, doesn't demonstrate the meanings of values, entrepreneurship, business philosophy. And doesn't dig up the massive force in that promote the sustained, rapid and healthy development of corporate.This thesis tells us the corporate culture is very important in the corporate sustained development, by analysis of Xin'ao group corporate culture construction, innovating and driving. If a corporate wants to develop well, she must have corporate culture firstly. The corporate do not develop well if she has not corporate culture.This thesis has some innovation and exploration. Such as, the first, it systemically evaluates the station of Xin'ao group corporate culture, and knows the Xin'ao group corporate culture station. The second, it expatiates the process of Xin'ao group corporate culture, and tells us the corporate culture needs to build and impress, and considers the corporate culture need to innovation persistently. Last, it sums up the check of corporate culture construction, and this will be very helpful to rapid growth corporate.
