As the basis of national economy, manufacturing industry is the foundation of a country's international competitiveness. So to some extent the power of international competitiveness in manufacturing industry determines the competitiveness of the country. The USA is the biggest economic entity in the world. It is the important market where other countries'export good intensely compete as its tremendous market capacity and import demand. It is also the key region to measure the international competitiveness advantage of different countries'industries. Facing with the opportunity and challenge brought by the shift of international industry, it has important practical significances to analyze the international competitiveness and its influencing factors of the manufactured products from China objectively and to explore strategic policy for promoting the international competitiveness of China's manufactured products exported to the USA.The paper described the general situation of Sino-US manufacturing products trade, and then analyzed the structure and tendency of China's manufactured products exported to the USA. Since 1990s, China's manufactured products exported the USA increased and the market share gradually expended. We used the constant market share model to decompose the influencing factors which encouraged China's manufactured products exported the USA, and we can get the conclusion that market scale effect, commodity composition effect and competitiveness effect all contributed the growth of China's manufactured products exported the USA, the competitiveness effect was the most important factor and its role in total effect became more and more important.Later, by the import and export trade data measurement method, the paper constructed an index system to evaluating the degree of international competitiveness of China's manufactured products exported the USA with market share, revealed comparative advantage index and index of normalized trade balance. The international competitiveness of China's manufactured products exported the USA is increasingly strengthen by analyzing with these indices.Based on the theoretical analysis and mathematical derivation, the paper established econometric model to analyze the influencing factors of the international competitiveness of China's manufactured products exported the USA. The result indicated that the international competitiveness has reverse correlation with RMB against US dollar's real exchange rate, and has forward direction correlation with relative income. At last, the paper analyzed the difficulties faced when promoting the international competitiveness of China's manufactured products exported the USA. According to the result, the paper made policy recommendations.
