In the last few years, the manufacturing industry in the Changjiang Delta, which takes Shanghai as its head, Jiangsu Province and Zhejiang Province as its wings to form a region colony economy with respective characteristic. The regional economy develops very fast, and the industrial finished products export growth is swift and violent. Despite of all those, due to external environment such as the problems of energy, environment, exchange rate, trade protectionism and so on, the international competitiveness and sustainable development of the manufacturing industry in the delta area of Changjiang River are facing stern challenge.The present paper takes the traditional comparison superiority theory, the gaining control by striking theory, the colony economic theory as well as the baud industry competitive advantage theory as the foundation, the use trade competitive power index (NTB) as well as the dominant comparison index (RCA) the comparative analysis Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai three places' manufacturing industry export superiority difference, analyzes three places' manufacturing industry structure similarity from the industrial structure level's colony economical point ofview, to gather the situation again, and elaborated from this three realestate industry economies competed gather the gambling relations.
