Research On Coordinative Evaluation Of "Higher Education-Population-Economy" Composite System

Coordinated development between higher education and economy is an inevitable choice for advancement of modern society. In which, necessarily, the factor of population is considered throughout the process. Based on the theory of System Science, the paper has constructed "HEd-P-Ec" composite system and mainly focused on the evaluation research of the coordinated development among higher education, population and economy.Firstly, in accordance with the System Science theory, the paper has built up "HEd-P-Ec" composite system, explaining its definition and features, and set up the causality model of composite system with the help of Vensim PLE.Secondly, the paper has established the coordination model of "HEd-P-Ec" composite system. With the comprehensive evaluation method, it has evaluated the coordinated development from three aspects including the level, coordination and tendency, combing the related indexes of higher education, population and economy, and then established comprehensive evaluation index system of the three with principal component analysis.Finally, based on the overview of their present situation in China, it has made empirical study of the coordinated development degree. On the result of which, it has brought up the concept of "HEd-P-Ec" composite system coordinated development and the corresponding policy to wish for enriching Chinese higher education sustainable development theory and promoting the healthy circulation and coordinated development among higher education, population and economy.
