| Because of the demands changed rapidly in the market, a perfect products management system become more and more crucial to enterprises. This paper attempts to find solutions for products management problems in CX by analyzing in detail.This paper first introduces several important theories in products management related fields by referring to various literatures, then introduces the company's products, customers, markets and products management system based on the work experience of the author in this company, and then summarizes the company's products management problems, finally this paper proposes solutions by analyzing these problems in detail. In the end, this paper makes some directional suggestions for a follow-up study.This paper concludes those three key problems in the company's product management system are that the products management process is incomplete, those product managers lack marketing conception and relevant skills and fully customers-oriented products management method leads the enterprise to a crucial status. This paper also concludes that the company should improve its products management process, set position of products marketing manager and guide customers' needs mainly with meet customers' needs secondarily to solve these problems. |
