The Analysis For The Taiwan IT Industry Transfer To Yangtze Delta

IT industry plays the very important role in the global economy. With the draft of international capital and the development of global social assignment, the IT industrial transfer among some countries and districts becomes more and more frequently, which not only makes the influence to the world IT industry structure, but bring the new development problems to the relative countries.This thesis focuses on the Taiwan's IT industry transfer to Yangtze Delta in China's mainland. According to the industry chain theory, the Arthur tries to explain the reasons of this transfer, and analyses the development of the industry chain of the Yangtze Delta, and its future development.This thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is to introduce what are the industrial chain, the IT industrial chain and the IT industrial transfer, including the current situation of Mainland's IT industry. The second part is the main body of this thesis. Firstly, it makes the introduction of Taiwan IT industry development, and discusses why the Taiwan IT industry was transferred to Chinese Mainland and what we should learn from this fact. Secondly, taking Suzhou city as an example, to analyze how Yangtze Delta has become the main production basement for Taiwan IT industry chain transfer. Make the marketing and SWOT analysis for the Yangtze Delta's IT industry. To point out the urgent problems which Yangtze Delta IT enterprises are facing. Finally give some suggestions about how to solve these problems. The third part is the conclusion and the research suggestion for the future.
