The integration process in Yangtze River Delta undertake economic globalization and international division of labor in the objective requirements of an inherent tendency from the international perspective, and speed up the establishment and perfection of the socialist market reunification and the fundamental demand and the regional economy as well as to accelerate the economic development and growth of the urgent need from the domestic perspective. Therefore, the Yangtze River Delta's integration process is not subjective to the will of the people for the transfer of an inevitable trend. However, the integration process of the Yangtze River Delta and its speed is constrained by many factors. Particularly competition between cities in the attracting business and investment by land value and tax policy makes land problems such as confusion of urban land prices,the inefficient use of land in the Yangtze River Delta region, which has seriously affected the regional rational use of land resources and the overall development of the region. Therefore, this paper suggest to cultivate regional unified land market to realize regional land market integration from the perspective of the integration requirements of the region ,which is of great practical significance.Based on the conflicts between continuous development of economic integration of Yangtze River Delta and problems existed in regional land market, paper analyzes problems of the division of land, lack of co-ordination and mutual competition, the lack of unity and unification of the price guide management of the land market mechanism in Yangtze River Delta, resulting in inefficient allocation of land resources, land prices deviate from the normal price, confessional land market and proposed the building of the land market integration and its importance, and set up regional benchmark premium system as a unified core of land market, at last, make some suggestions from the planning guidance, and the land market unified information building, the transformation of government functions and so on.Paper establishes land price system of Yangtze River Delta using literature analysis, systems analysis, and regression analysis and proposes relative suggestions on building integration of the Yangtze River Delta regional land market by using theories such as "theory of big market", "theory of transaction costs and asymmetric information", "spatial interaction theory" and so on. The paper has several innovations: The first innovation is on Research Perspective. Researching on land and the land market under the regional economic integration widens the research perspective on land and the land market not just limited to a single city or provinces the research Perspective is more wide; The second innovation is on the research content. Based on land classification and reunification to benchmark premium content , establishing regression equation on different levels of benchmark land prices and land quality Composite Index by which building regional cities benchmark premium system. The idea of establishing such benchmarks premium makes urban benchmark premium level matches the city's comprehensive economic strength, so that urban land prices are in line with the level of economic development.
