It's fundamendal problem of getting company administive goal that how to communicate company strategy with employee daily job,make personal job goal and company expectation step in step,gain double co-development.In 1992, Robert Kaplan and David Norton developed Blanced Scorecard ,it's successfully used all over the world. Blanced Scorecard realize harmonization among company,department and personal goal.It achieves balance between long and short goal,financial and non-financial index,inside and outside,result and proceed.Finally enterprise obtain continual impetus and harmonious development via investment inTo succeed in the market competition, an important terms is to scientifically manage the performance of enterprise. Enterprises require an effective system of performance management in order to restrain the disadvantages of traditional performance and cope with the market competition..The thesis analyses the study of the development process of evaluation methods, different performance evaluation tools, the advantages and disadvantages,. It summarizes the shortcomings of our enterprises performance management systems. On this basis, the thesis analyses the use of BSC performance management in our enterprises and expounds the process and the important questions when our enterprises apply the BSC. Second, through analysing examples, the thesis summarizes their experiences and supplies some useful suggestions. At the last it draws some conclusions and puts forward some questions which need to be researched in the next study.
