Study Of Contract Design For Supply Chain In Manufacture

With economic globalization and technology development, the environment facing enterprises has been changing greatly. The severely competitive environment makes the enterprise change its traditional behavior of thinking. Supply Chain Management has gained great emphasis in enterprise operation since its emgergence. It plays great importance for enterprise reducing operation cost, improving effectiveness and efficiency of business process, winning competitive advantages.We studied the manufacturing supply chain contract by qualitative and quantitative approach on the basis of summarizing theories and research harvest for supply chain. For the core issue in the system of supply chain management, the mechanism of control and coordination, we make detailed analysis and dissertation by application of principal—agent, setting up benefit distribution mechanism for enterprises. In the qualitative study of the manufacturing supply chain contract, we studied the character of Supply–demand, the theory of Contract Design in SCM, and the institutional issues in the manufacturing supply chain contract by Contract Economics, Institutional Economics, Game Theory and Information Economics. Taking the cooperation and coordination mechanism in SCM as research object, we analyze Supply-Demand by application of principal-agent mechanism and relative models, the character of which is long term, mutual benefit, and contractual. And we make thorough analysis into the importance and impact of informal institution to supply chain contract for manufacture.
