Research Of Optimizing To LD Company's Purchasing Management

With the development of information society and the needs of agreements of WTO, enterprises face new challenges and opportunities under this kind of background. The purchasing management as the one part of the corporate logistics, becoming the key part of enterprise production operation, directly determines the production cost and service of an enterprise. Today under the intense contest marketplace environment, Purchasing management is one way to reduce the cost of the production and satisfy the marketing requirement, has become one of the most important means of improving the sharpening competition capability.However, many enterprises' purchasing model of our country can't fit the marketing requirement, The efficient of these manufacturing enterprises' is low but their purchasing cost is very high. This article make an example by studying the purchasing management of LD company, on the basis of introducing the related theory of purchasing management, and considering conditions and problem of LD company, this article give some methods to optimize LD company's purchasing management, including building MIS (Management Information System) of purchasing management, Structure and business process reengineering and the management of relations with suppliers, and expound how to practice and control of plan in detail.
