The Research About The Evaluation Of Infrastructure Project's Cost Control In Universities Of China

Since higher education of our country has entered the rapid development period, the rapid development of higher education demands universities to increase investment of fixed-asset, and strive to upgrade the level of hardware facilities in order to adapt to their own development requirements. The infrastructure of universities is an essential work with great investment and longtime benefit. It has vital impact on the development of higher education. Therefore, how to effectively control the infrastructure investment and lower construction cost of the project reasonably is the major problem for universities to solve urgently.Through researches on the status of project cost control at home and abroad, the thesis summarizes the dynamic development and related theory of project cost control at home and abroad, and analyzes status and existed problems of the infrastructure project's cost control of universities in China. From the evaluation index system and evaluation methods it points out the existed problems of evaluation about the infrastructure project's cost control of universities in China, on this basis, it brings up the framework of evaluation model about the infrastructure project's cost control of universities. Based on the issues of cost control and evaluation, the thesis constructs the evaluation index system about the infrastructure project's cost control of universities in the design phase, and describes the selected steps to design options by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods. Finally, based on the data, the thesis makes an empirical analysis in the use of the evaluation index system.
