China is a large producer of color televisions, and the development of the color TV industry has brought huge economic benefits to our country. However, since the 1990s, intense price war has appeared several times in China's color TV industry, what makes the TV profits smaller and smaller. One cause of this phenomenon is the lack of coordination between supply and demand, which is the oversupply problem. At present, adapting to the demand of the consumers for high-quality, technological innovations of color televisions has a trend to high field such as plasma technology. China is a big manufacturer of color televisions, much relying on the import of advanced technology raw materials. This even exacerbates the contradictions between supply and demand. Therefore, the study of relations coordination of supply and demand in China's color TV industry has great significance.In this paper, the lack of coordination between supply and demand is analyzed, and the TV supply chain model is constructed from the reality of China's color TV industry. The following contents are researched:1. The choice of Color TV supply chain partners. The evaluation model of TV supply chain partners is constructed, and BP neural network technology is used in the choice of partners.2. The agency relations coordination of Color TV supply chain. The principal-agent relationship is lay out and coordination models are designed to different business. First a mathematical model is constructed, which can be effective in achieving risk share in product development, and can improve the success rate of it. Then, the coordination of after-sale service and sales agents is discussed.3. The inventory management of Color TV supply chain. Joint Managed Inventory model of Color TV supply chain is established, and its feasibility, advantages and implementation strategy are especially discussed.4. A performance evaluation model is established about relations coordination between supply and demand of color TV supply chain. The indexes are set in four points: logistics, capital flow, information flow and satisfaction. FAHP is used in this paper, and the system is evaluated combining qualitative and quantitative method Finally, the supply chain with Chang Hong TV Company as the core enterprise is analyzed as demonstration.
