Supply Chain Flexibility Evaluation Of Garment Enterprises Based On FAHP

Nowadays,with the increasingly significant economic globalization,rapid technology update and increasingly fierce market competition,the clothing industry,due to its popularity,short product production cycle and high variability of market demand,is rapidly responding to market changes for enterprises,making efficient responses and meeting the requirements of consumers to the greatest extent.Flexibility is the ability of the system to respond to uncertainty,which is gradually used to measure the performance of clothing supply chain.However,the flexible supply chain,which is advocated by the clothing market,is still in its infancy in China.Therefore,From the perspective of supply chain,this paper studied the flexibility of supply chain in the field of clothing,so as to diagnose and improve it more pertinently.First of all,through the summary of environment analysis,flexibility related concepts,classification and influencing factors of supply chain,combined with the relevant characteristics of China's clothing industry,this paper analyzed the flexibility system of clothing industry,and further established the evaluation index of supply chain flexibility of clothing enterprises by Delphi method.The supply chain flexibility of clothing enterprises was divided into four dimensions: logistics flexibility,production flexibility,information system flexibility and resource flexibility.Combined with the characteristics of the industry,the indicators were further explained and decomposed,and finally a flexible indicator system consisting of four levels and eighteen bottom indicators was formed.Secondly,fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)was used to measure the flexibility of supply chain.The connotation,principle and application of FAHP in various evaluation were summarized and described in detail.According to the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,the supply chain flexibility evaluation model of clothing enterprises was constructed.Finally,a case was introduced to evaluate the supply chain flexibility of H clothing enterprise,which proved the rationality and feasibility of FAHP comprehensive evaluation applied to supply chain flexibility evaluation.According to the evaluation results,suggestions were provided for the improvement of flexibility.The evaluation of supply chain flexibility is helpful to improve the management level and performance of garment enterprises,and has important guiding significance to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
