Environment Impact Research On The Test Project Investment Of AB Company

The environment of project investment discussed in this paper includes the industry environment and the corporation interior resource environment. The analysis of environment is based on various influencing factors of the industry environment and the corporation interior resource environment, it is a discipline that analyzes the influencing level of those factors on project investment and the final influence on corporation investment and decision.On the theory basis of the influencing factors of the industry environment and the corporation interior resource environment, this paper explores the factor influence of two kinds of environment. Two major methods are used for the research—qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Qualitative analysis uses Mode of Five Powers which is currently theoretically and practically mature to analyze the industiy environment. Based on it, Resource-based Theory and Mode of Fuzzy Evaluation with Fuzzy Linearity Equation and Fuzzy Matrix were used for quantitative analysis of the industry environment and the corporation interior resource environment, Mode of Fuzzy Evaluation is currently still rapidly being developed and perfected in various science scopes.In this paper, the Fuzzy integrated evaluation index system of the influencing factors of the environment is established, this system is correlated to Mode of Five Powers and Resource-based Theory and used for quantitative analysis of the threat of industry environment met by AB Company test project and the interior resource of AB Company, two evaluation values are used for the final criteria for investment of AB test project: It can be run.In order to further confirm the threat level from the influencing factors of the industry environment and the contribution level from the corporation interior resource environment on the test project, the power factors of the threat factors and interior resource are respectively laterally compared during the result analysis of test project investment.Finally, the analysis of influencing factors of the industry environment and the corporation interior resource environment are summarized.
