MF-based Study On The Development Model Of Chongqing West Modern Logistics Industry Park

In our country, as the new trend of traditional delivery business has developed to general adoption of the market principle and the business of modern logistics, Logistics Park. The main theme of logistics is to build modern Logistics Park in our country. But on the other side, it is reported that about 60 percent of these logistics districts are unoccupied. That's why we should analyses the reasons how this problem occurs and figure out how we can solve it.This paper not only does an empirical analysis about the development model of Chongqing West Modern Logistics Industrial Park, but also studies the related theory about logistics industrial park, analyzes industry development status inside and outside of our country and discusses the international advanced experiences and the developing model of our country about this field which is based on the concept of Material Flow(MF) and the defining of the concept of modern logistics. The purpose of this paper is to define scientific concept of modern logistics, make clear the developing model and promote the modern logistics industry, especially to provide useful advice to the development of modern logistics industry in Chongqing.We focus on three elements in this paper. Firstly, we comprehensively compare the different definition of "modern logistics" in domestic and emphasize on Academician Xushou's "material flow" which is based on a comprehensive review of the development of the logistics in abroad and the carding of evolution of logistics concept. Secondly, according to modern logistics and the theory of growth and industry distribution, we describe the definition and classification of the logistics park and the developing stage of Logistics park in our country. We focus on the problem that exists in the development. At the same time, we sum up the Japan and Germany experiences in the developing model of the logistics park. At last, in order to make the further development clear and provide useful help to Chongqing's modern logistics industry, we focus on the functional, business model of the western modern based on the summery of t Chongqing West Modern Logistics Industrial Park.
