Study On Reconstruction Of China's Maternity Insurance System

In the international history of the development of social security, maternity insurance is the community of large-scale production of the product, the state legislature passed the mandatory-line establishment and development of maternity insurance system, the reproductive behaviour commitment to the value of recognition, will help improve the quality of population, is progress of human society logo. So far, in the world more than 150 countries and regions have established the social security system, the majority of countries and regions of the social security system includes the maternity insurance system [1].In 1951,China established a maternity insurance system, it is an important part of the insurance system.
