Compensation Management is an important part of nowadays enterprise management, a core link for enterprises to develop & manage human resources. A reasonable & effective Compensation System is able to not only inspire the enthusiasm & initiative of employees, urge them to do best to realize the aims of organization to promote the benefit of organization and society as a result, but also help to attract & keep an employee team with high quality & competitiveness. As one of the key enterprises in Chongqing city, CQTY, where I am working, has a complex structure of management, in which different sections have big differences and therefore the posts there are complex. During the developing in recent years by changing & re-organizing the system, CQTY has promoted its scale & strength. However, as the old Compensation System was not able to be re-made completely, problems occurred accordingly such as the decreasing of employees'sense of belonging, the increasing of complaints, and more talent drain, etc.The thesis introduced interrelated theory of Compensation management, emphasis on definition, target, distribute principle, basic theory, Basic procedure of Compensation Management, four different types of Compensation System, and main types of the Compensation Systems abroad and history of China Compensation System developing. Take CQTY company as object of study, analyzed & discussed the problems & shortcomings, improved & re-designed the Compensation System accordingly to the strategy of CQTY, providing a more reasonable & helpful Compensation System for CQTY. A completely new broadband Salary Mode has been designed based on the strategy & problems faced of TY and the re-design step of Salary Mode.
