Study On The Evaluation And Development Of Mountainous Tourism Resources Of Qinling In Shaanxi

China is a mountainous region, and mountains take up 33% or two thirds of area of the country if including hills and plateau. There are rich natural and humane tourism resources in mountains, and the ecosystem enviroment of the mountains is excellent. So the mountain is a good place to advocate tourism activities. The exploitation of mountain tourism resources is an important part for montane people to shake off poverty and set out on a road to prosperity and develop economic.In recent years, our country has a rapid development of tourism. The exploitation of mountain tourism resources have been strengthened around china and many mountain tourism regions are springing up which promote local economic development to a certain extent and have made great contributions to the development of tourism in China. Above all in recent years, many mountain tourism regions become the first choice for many tourists because they pursue "the feeling of regressing back to the nature and the way to preserve health". So the development of mountain tourism resources in our country is still a major and urgent task. But how to exploit it with innovation and in depth under the precondition of environmental protection is an important issue for our research in tourism.Qinling is one of the mountains which has great geography significance in China. Its tall mountain, complex physiognomy, biological diversity, various mountain climate and so on provide nature conditions for the development of mountain tourism resources. Shaanxi Qinling is a main part of Qinling Mountains and is also a focal point of the mountain tourism development in Shaanxi. At the present time, the development of Qinling mountain tourism resources has already a certain size, some of the scenic spots' development are fully-fledged and become fomous tourist attractions, for example, Mt Huashan, Mt Taibaishan, Mt Cuihuashan and so on. Besides, there are many more mountain scenic areas are in preliminary stage or will be developed. At present, there are lots of problems in exploitative forms and process for the most of the mountain scenic areas in Shaanxi, which go against the protection of entironment as well as sustainable development for mountain tourism. This paper take Shaanxi Qinling as the main research subject, on the basis of field on-site inspection and analysis of the data dealt with, the article makes classification and evaluation for mountain tourism resources of Shaanxi Qinling, and points out some problems in tourism development, proposing the development modes that are suitable for Shaanxi Qinling, technology pathway under protective development and tourism products and so on. The main studies of this thesis are as follows:On the basis of analysis of the data, the research and development of mountain tourism are analyzed. Basing on predecessor's research, the article defines the "Mountain Tourism" and sums up development models of mountain tourism resources both here and abroad.Basing on predecessor's research and field on-site inspection, the article builds mountain tourism resources classification system of Shaanxi Qinling which bases on Chinese new tourism resources classification system proposed by GuoLaixi in 2000. This classification system has 2 serials, 6 types, 39 patteans. In the process of classifying, we take out some patteans which do not conform to reality, for example, seacoast pattean and tide pattean etc, and increase some patteans such as sightseeing agriculture tourism pettean etc.On the basis of classfication, for one thing we make qualitative evaluation to mountain tourism resources and make quantitative assessment to it's quality; for another we build assessment system of development potential, making quantitative assessment to development potential by using Delphi and Analytic Hierarchy Process and analyzing the results.We analyze the exploitation actuality of mountain tourism resources and the problems about development. For instance, tourism development without plan or regardless of plan, many problems such as Tiao-kuai segmentation, regionale Aufteilung etc are very serious. Basing on these and the classification and evaluation of mountain tourism resources, we propose some principles for tourism development and the development modes that are suitable for Shaanxi Qinling. At the same time, we propose technology pathway under protective development and mountain tourism products. At last, we discuss the paper's main conclusion, limitations and future outlook in order to provide reference for further research.
