Research On The Effect Of The Human Capital Investment In China's Industry Upgrading

As a new field or branch of Economics, Human capital investment still have to do deeper research and development in many ways, such as improving the theory, empirical research and integration with other fields of economics. In foreign economics it is proved that human capital investment theory can offer a reasonable interpretation of the miracle which the developed country got a great success in the economic growth of the early 1990s. And human capital investment is considered the country's essential source of economic growth. Therefore, those economies in the process of catching up in developing countries can learn from the successful experience of developed countries, particularly necessary to use human capital investment to promote the economic growth.The human capital investment is under researching in Europe and America more than 30 years, and it is gradually tend to improve, and to be in the general concern of the community and practice. But the research of our Chinese scholars in human capital investment theory and empirical aspects is confusing, fragmented, fragmentation, and unreasonable. Disappointedly, human capital investment has not called enough attention in the economic development. Therefore, I believe that it is necessary to make a thorough studying of the human capital investment theory at home and abroad, in order to find out new theoretical direction of the human capital investment.Industrial upgrading in China's economic development is a long-term strategy, and it is an important part of the "11th Five-Year" plan in the economic development. Advanced industrial upgrading of the industrial structure is an important phenomenon. There are the various factors such as natural resource, social funds playing an important role in advancement in the industrial structure, especially the human capital investment in the industrial structure. Exploring what is the role of human capital investment playing in the advanced industrial structure will be on the future of human capital investment in the new direction.This paper points to four chapters on the advanced of the industrial structure in the effect of human capital investment:ChapterⅠ: introduction. By studying different economic theories of human capital investment in research and study, basing on the analysis of domestic and foreign investment in human capital investment theory, I sum up from different aspects of human capital investment for the development of the theory context.ChapterⅡ: the theoretical analysis about the effect of human capital investment in the advanced industrial structure. In this paper, I integrate the investment in human capital investment theory and advanced industrial structure theory, and put forward the concept of the human capital investment in the advanced industrial structure and focus on the role of human capital investment in the industrial structure advancement, such as the characteristics, the main functions, effects, and so on.Chapter III: the empirical test of the effect of human capital investment in the advanced industrial structure. In this chapter, I make mathematical reasoning and model analysis of the effect of the human capital investment for the advanced industrial structure, and use the statistical software SPSS15.0 to make the canonical correlation analysis, and then combining the data of China's industrial Upgrading to empirical testing.Chapter IV: the problems and policy recommendations of the human capital investment for the advanced course of China's industrial structure. In light of China's human capital investment profiles, I make the study of China's advanced industrial structure in human capital investment and pointing out the existing problems and give out the corresponding analysis and policy recommendations.
