Research On The Impact Of Human Capital Investment On The Upgrading Of Industrial Structure

China's GDP growth rate fell to 7.4% in 2014,lower than the 7.5% target set at the beginning of the year.China's economic growth in the transition slows down,which means that China's economic development has entered a new normal state.The new normal state has the following characteristics:From high-speed to middle-high-speed growth;from factor-driven,investment-driven to innovation-driven;economic structure optimization and upgrading.China's economic development is also in the three superposition of the transformation of the pain period:First,the growth rate of the shift period,the rate of decline;Second,the structure adjustment pain period,optimize the economic structure;Third,the early stimulus policy digestion.The advantages of population and resource dividend in the past 30 years of reform and opening up are no longer existed.Economic development and industrial upgrading need new impetus.Therefore,it is imperative to promote structural reform on the supply side.The core of the structural reform of the supply side is to adjust the economic structure and promote the industrial upgrading,and the human capital investment as an important thrust of the upgrading of industrial structure,but also the supply side of the structural reform of the important content.Therefore,it is very important to study the influence of human capital investment on the upgrading of industrial structure under the macroscopic background of structural reform on the supply side of the country.Based on the new characteristics of the new normal economic development,this paper analyzes the mechanism of human capital investment on the upgrading of industrial structure.Secondly,the statistical data and panel data model were used to test the data of the autonomous regions of each province,and the accuracy of the theoretical analysis was analyzed.Finally,based on the empirical analysis of human capital investment on industrial structure upgrading and empirical analysis,this paper analyzes the problems of human capital investment in the process of upgrading industrial structure in recent years and analyzes the causes of human capital investment.The paper specifically contains the following:First,in the process of collecting and sorting relevant literature on human capital investment and industrial structure upgrading at home and abroad,it has been found that the research on the upgrading of human capital and industrial structure in foreign countries is mainly concentrated in the field of human capital.There are many domestic researches on the upgrading of industrial structure,which can be divided into two parts:theoretical demonstration and empirical analysis.theoretical demonstration focuses on the analysis of the mechanism of human capital and industrial upgrading.The empirical analysis focuses on the use of econometric to analyze the statistical data,The relevant conclusions,the main method for the regression analysis.Second,human capital investment to change the demand structure,supply structure and technological innovation to affect the industrial structure upgrade.Human capital investment to improve the level of income of workers,and thus enhance its consumption structure,because the supply is dependent on the demand,changes in the structure of social needs directly affect the industrial structure upgrade;human capital investment by changing the supply structure of the role of industrial upgrading,Because of the dynamic creativity of human capital,it can improve the production efficiency of other factors,and thus improve the total factor productivity and promote the upgrading of industrial structure.Technological innovation is an important thrust of industrial upgrading,and human capital The main body of technological progress,only to continuously improve the level of human capital stock,optimize the structure of human capital in order to promote the industrial structure towards a higher level of development.Thirdly,the panel data model is used to analyze the corresponding human capital index and industrial upgrading index in the eastern central and western part of China,and it is concluded that the influence of human capital investment on the upgrading of industrial structure in the eastern,central and western regions is positive.The impact of human capital investment in the western region on the upgrading of industrial structure is greater than that in the eastern region.The narrowing of the disposable income gap between urban and rural residents has a significant effect on promoting the upgrading of industrial structure.Fourthly,through the analysis of the statistical data,this paper explores theproblems of human capital investment in the process of industrial structure upgrading,and on this basis to give policy advice:Increase investment in human capital,optimize the structure of human capital investment,and encourage policy recommendations for technological innovation.
