With the economic development of Wuhan rapidly and healthily, the bridge industry has a potential. This paper studies the relational analysis and coordinated development of Wuhan' bridge industry. The study has practical significance not only for the orientation and programming of Wuhan' bridge industry, but also for the related resources combination of the bridge construction industry. This research has highly value on guiding and supporting the development of bridge industry with the technology, and has supporting role of modern science and technology in the quality, efficiency and brand. we strengthen the relation and extension of the bridge upstream and downstream industry, and help forming the industrial chain which contain plan, survey, design, research and development(R & D), manufacture, technology, material, maintenance and so on. At the same time, the results play an important role in promoting the Wuhan's economy development, and driving Hubei Province to achieve the rising abruptly in area of central China. The full text is divided into seven chapters as follows:Chapter 1 introduces the background, aim and some of the current research status at home and abroad, and reviews the theorem of coordinated development degree of bridge industry.According to the special status and the study results of Wuhan's bridge industry ,The second chapter views the development of wuhan's bridge industry and population,economy,traffics as a whole, then selects index system that denotes the coordination development of population,economy,traffic and bridge industry. Lastly, we establishes assessment model of coordination theory by coordinated development theory.The acquirability of data is a key question in the process of study, In chapter 3, we give a new method which use the class ratio to deal with abnormal values which appears in Wuhan population data in 2004. This chapter adds the conditions of class ratio that proposed by predecessors. We propose new class ratio theory using the ideas of inverse accumulated generating, and extend the properties of class ratio. We use this new method to fill the Wuhan population data in 2004, and then remedy the abnormal value effectively. The results not only eliminate the drawback for the study of the bridge industry, but also enrich the content of class ratio theory, and then enlarge the applicability of class ratio theory.In chapter 4, we extend the correlation analysis of Wuhan bridge industry to hybrid multi-attribute decision-making. we further study the hybrid multi-attribute decision-making question which include random variable, on the base of the hybrid multi-attribute decision-making question which include precise number,interval number,triangular fuzzy numbers, and raise a formula of grey correlation degree based on deviation. This extension enlarges the applicability of grey correlation analysis, and solves the multi-attribute decision-making which includes random variable. Finally we show the practicality and feasibility of this method through examples.In chapter 5, we have empirical research on the coordinated development of traffic,economic,population according to the actuality of Wuhan's bridge industry. The data are chose from 1997 to 2006.For the development of Wuhan's bridge industry and population,traffic,economic, In chapter 6,we analysis the main question of Wuhan's bridge industry at present, and then give opinions.In chapter 7, we raise the questions which need further study on the basis of above results.
