The stable goods which can be seld and stored for long time was appliable in the dily life, and continuous review and period review were used for these goods. The investiguation of the stable goods inventory in certain enviroment is almost perfect, such as EOQ model. However, as the market is not easy to handle and the supply is not reliable, the demand and the lead time are usually uncertain, and the uncertain is not just random or just fuzziness, in many cases the randomness and fuzziness exsit at the same time. Thus in this article, the inventory policy of stable goods were investigated in the fuzzy random and random fuzzy enviroment.The JIT successful production experience shows that the lead time control is a core problem in the inventory management. In this article, the stable goods inventory policy with fuzzy random and random fuzzy demand were studied in the fixed lead time and controllable lead time. The main focuses and innovations of this paper are summarized as follows:1 The credibility measure of fuzzy events and the expected valve of fuzzy variable were used as theory in this article. While many authors use the possibility and necessary meaasure of fuzzy events which don't have the self-duality as probability to set the optimization model.2 The optimized inventory models were established based on the definition of fuzzy random variable and random fuzzy variable.3 The continuous and periodic review inventory model with fuzzy random and random fuzzy demand with uncontrol lead time were constructed, and the normal distribution and free distribution were considered. This complement the investigation in the stable goods inventory.4 Considering the lead time controllable, the random fuzzy demand continuous and periodic review inventory systems were investigated with normal distribution and free distribution.5 Considering the market demand is uncertain, the hypothesis was set up and the fuzzy random model with continuous and periodic review were constructed.
