Research On Performance Evaluation Of Cement Industry Listed Companies In China

Evaluation of enterprise performance is a hot spot issue of management science, which is also one of the difficulties in business management. Striking up and carrying out scientific and reasonable enterprise performance evaluation system help to induct enterprise management behavior accurately and search the gap between different enterprises and its reason, which plays an important part in heightening enterprise's competitive power and actualizing enterprise's strategic objectives as soon as possible. At present, our country's enterprise performance evaluation methods are behindhand correspondingly. Traditional methods put most attention on financial evaluation, ignoring intangible assets and intellectual assets. This situation goes against with current the characteristics and basis of enterprise development. Therefore, the improvement of traditional enterprise performance evaluation system is imperative.Along with the push of our country's industrialization course, accelerated development of industrialization will continually enlarge the demand of cement. China's accession to WTO and the quicken of world economy's globalization and integration, not only afford the chance of participation in global commodities and capital market competition for enterprises in China, but also bring austere challenge. In order to acquire persistent and healthy development in furious market competition, make China's cement industry not only the output but also its performance resides in the first place of the world, keep its core competitive power, enterprises need to process scientific and perfect interior father and evaluate business performance exactly and rationally. This thesis is just about this issue.The first chapter of this thesis—abstract mainly introduces the aim and meaning of this research,summaries of domestic and overseas correlative researches,study contents and methods of this thesis.The second chapter is about the academic foundation of enterprise performance evaluation. It firstly defines enterprise business performance and enterprise performance evaluation. Then, the chapter introduces main methods,the principle and bases of performance evaluation.The third chapter refers to the compositive evaluation of our country's cement industry listed companies. It begins with general statuses of cement industry listed companies, choosing nineteen listed companies as stylebooks, and analyzes these companies from three aspects: traditional financial index,cash flow and non-financial index. After the analyses, this chapter establishes cement industry listed company business performance evaluation index system, and confirms the general level of our country's cement industry listed companies' correlative indexes. Based on that, this chapter constitutes the evaluation standard.The forth chapter researches the business performance evaluation of Huaxin Cement CO., LTD. First, the chapter briefly introduces the development and basic situation of Huaxin Cement CO.,LTD. Second, the chapter uses trend analysis method to research the developing trend of correlative indexes from three aspects: traditional financial index,cash flow and non-financial index, and uses efficiency coefficient method to calculate the enterprise evaluation score of Huaxin Cement CO., LTD. Based on that, the chapter tries to analyze its problem in business management and bring forward relevant developing countermeasures.The fifth chapter is the summary of the full thesis and expectation. It firstly expatiates this thesis's main conclusion, then points out innovative points and limitations, and finally elaborates prospect of future study.
