On Strategic Significance Of New Track Communications Network In Wuhan From The Perspective Of Communication Theory

As the development of economy and the urbanization process hastening,Inter-city rail transport planning and construction has become a pressing demand of regional economic development. For the Wuhan City is an important developing city in the middle area, the general municipal transportation workers pay more attentions to the experiences of the urban development pattern and track communications system renovatesand.The article analyzes the future of the track communications network construction in Whhan, According to the successful operation model of underground and high-speed rail network from the domestic and abroad cities. It studies the development model of the Wuhan city circle traffic network and advance reasonable and new-style strategies and programs about new track communications networks to promote the economic and social development and its international and domestic status of the Wuhan.The article has used the methods of comparison, data investigation and analysis to understand the meanings. The innovation spot of this paper is that we discuss the city's track communications network construction from philosophy angle.
