In a market economy, we must make greater use of market mechanisms for environmental protection, foster the necessary environment market, establishing an economic incentive system, the mobilization of the main players in the market to protect the environment initiative. Emission trading has become the universal application, parts of the country have begun to pilot the system, and have achieved some results.
