Study On The Digital Supervision For Urban Construction Quality

Investment of urban construction has been playing an important factor which accelerates Chinese economic growth. At the same time, the current urban construction quality management is dispersive, has not formed total and all-round management system. At present, the investors of project are becoming more and more diversified, the decision-making of project is increasingly decentralized, and project management is complex. Therefore the implementation of digital supervision for urban construction quality is important for the assurance of construction quality and security, and regulation of the construction market.This thesis studies the relevant research results both home and abroad, analyses the disadvantages of the traditional supervision of urban construction quality; discusses significance of digital supervision for urban construction quality. Then, this thesis sets up the digital supervision model for urban construction quality ,which is made up of Content-oriented model, supervisory functions and control structure model and technology integration model. And founds the platform of digital supervision for urban construction quality, discusses the platform-building mechanism, structure, technology and security system design requirements; Finally, this thesis introduces the security management information system and digital test system for the urban construction quality based on the platform.The digital supervision for urban construction quality is inter-departmental, multi-stage, all directions, and has the characteristics of information. The implementation of digital supervision for urban construction quality is conducive to enhancing the efficiency of urban construction quality supervision, and improving the system of urban construction quality management, and then raises the level of supervision for urban construction quality regulation.
