FDI occupies an important place in china's ecomomy.Since the reforming and opening,our country has obtained the huge achievement in the absorptiong of foreign directinvestment ,which attracts worldwide attention;at present it has become the global greatest direct investment absorption country,the foreign capital becomes the power to pull our country economy.Based on an review of the achievenments of the effects of spillover effects from FDI at home and abord,the paper explore the present sistutation of China's FDI,and presents a deep analysis of intenal mechanism of the spillover essects of china's FDI ..Based on the static analysis on the unit equation model,the paper presents dynamic analysis on the simultaneous equations model .By comparing the two models,the paper find that there's negative spillover effects in Chin's FDI and presents the .The last part of the paper is the policy suggestion that we should to the absorption of the foreign direct investment.
