The Adjustment Of The Industrial Structure In Perspective Of Energy

Since the reformation and opening to the outside to this day, the economy of China has developed fast, the economic scale expand continually, and the industrial structure experienced a huge transformation. China's economic structure has gradually developed into a mainly agricultural to industrial one, and the scale of the third industry continues to expand, however, the rapid economic development of China put a lot of pressure to the energy supply and environmental protection ,the unreasonable of industrial structure as well as high consumption, high pollution of the industrial structure pose a serious threat to the economic and social sustainable development .In the process of industrializing, energy supply and demand highlights contradictions, The growth rate of energy consumption once was more than the GDP growth rate, the rate of deterioration of the environmental pollution caused by energy use and the economic growth rate are almost simultaneous .All these are accompanied by the changes in the industrial structure, how to readjust the industrial structure to realize the balance of energy supply and demand as well as the environmental protection and economic development of a win-win situation are the realistic but urgent mission that China faces at present, this article base on the reality of China's economic growth and industrial structure as well as the energy consumption ,take the industrial economic theories as foundation, provide the idea and direction of adjustment of Chinese industrial structure based on the energy constraints ,provide the basis for Chinese future industrial structure adjustment policies .This article is divided into five parts:first, discuss Chinese industrial structure and energy consumption,then,take a empirical analysis on the relationship between economic growth and energy consumption;second, basing on the relationship between industrial structure and energy consumption, analyze how the industrial structure impact on the structure of energy consumption; third, sum up the characteristics of the evolution of industrial structure under the energy constraints, figure out that the problems faced by energy consumption are caused by industrial structure; fourth, explore the relationship between industrial structure and energy consumption in depth. Analyze structural factors and efficiency factors which impact the energy consumption, summarize the ideas of the way to adjust industrial structure under the energy constraints, finally, make some conclusions based on the whole research ,and table some proposal.
