Study On Questions For Energy Saving And Environmental Protection Based On Optimizing Of The Industrial Structure

After years of rapid growth, the economy of china is boosting, however, it consumed too much energy and causes a lot of environmental problems. In the following decades, China will still be in the phase of industrialization and modernization, which will come up with the problems, such as unceasing growth of population, energy shortage and the environmental issues. Therefore, industrial structure optimization and the eco-friendly economy development is the solution to the resource and environmental problems and also the destination of the newly industrial path.Firstly, the paper expounds the relationship between the optimizing industrial structure and energy saving based on the theories of industrial structure optimization and energy saving. Secondly, by analyzing the existing situations and drawing the experiences from the developed countries, the author tries to find the problems and the restraint factors of developing the eco-friendly economy. Thirdly, the author introduces the ways of synthetically index evaluation according to the industrial structure optimization evaluation system, which displays from the layer of economy effect, social effect and ecology effect. Lastly, the author gives the suggestions about the existing problems.
