| Along with the constant development of economic globalization, world energy consumption continues to increase. Energy problems have attracted worldwide attention and become one of the hot issues of the international political and economic fields. China is the world's large country of energy consumption, and Jiangsu Province is the large province in China's energy consumption. As the main part of energy conservation of Jiangsu Province, it is increasingly becoming the concern in the academic community how the enterprises achieve the goal of saving energy and which effective energy-saving measures should be used. Enterprises'energy-saving is one important part of construction of resource-saving and environment-friendly society, and its success or failure directly relates to whether the comprehensive construction of a well-off society can be smoothly achieved.The paper brought forward the research ideas and content by the analysis on saving capacity and approaches for domestic and foreign enterprises. It selected the perspective of comprehensive analysis of enterprises'energy using, comprehensive study and operation analysis of enterprises'energy-saving status to make a multi-angle analysis of enterprises'energy-saving situation as the example of Jiangsu Province. Study topics include: Firstly, the energy-using status were comprehensively analyzed; Secondly, it made a comprehensive study of enterprises'energy-saving status; Then, the representative samples were selected to make the operation analysis and empirical analysis of enterprises'energy-saving production situation. The empirical analysis shows that: Although the comprehensive energy efficiency of Jiangsu ranks in the forefront of China during researching period, the efficiency of energy systems, energy intensity, energy-consuming of high-energy products and energy efficiency of the major equipment, compared to the international advanced level, still have a great energy-saving potential.Finally, joined with the results of comprehensive analysis of enterprises'energy using and comprehensive study of enterprises'energy-saving status, in view of the current status of enterprises'energy using, the paper summarized the enterprises'energy-saving policy from the three angles: government, enterprise and public, and it provided feasible suggestions for the enterprises'energy-saving development in Jiangsu Province. |
