| Urban-village is a kind of new urbanism problem.Due to all kinds of the process appears disproportion and the problems of Urban-village have arisen in many cities in varying degrees.Urban-village is the areas where it was coral area but when the city expands,the land was taken over for city use and there is no the farming fields left. Because city community management system and management system of village do not fit the plan,construction and management of village in the city are in disorderly and low horizontal state for a long period.Along with the economic development and the raising of people's living standard,the problems of urban village are stressed increasingly,which are seriously affecting the urban economy and development,so it is necessity to carry out transformation for the village in the city.This article will analyze villages in the city's external management structure and internal governance structure and propose relevant measures.I hope that this article can provide theoretical reference for the State legislature and the State administrative organs. |
