| In recent years ,logistics becomes one of the high-profile areas. Logistics enterprise is booming accordingly .So, it is an urgent issue to help those young enterprises to grow .Performance evaluation and performance management are one of the effective way to insure the robust development of enterprises. Comprehensive impartial and objective performance evaluation can be of help to investment improvement .It helps enterprises to set up an incentive and disincentive mechanism. It can also do well to the formation of objective strategy through analysis of enterprises weakness ,strength and the understanding of logistics situation. Meanwhile, with the development of logistics theory ,it is required to find a corresponding performance evaluation method to reflect the logistics enterprises operation objectively.Based on this, the present thesis is devoted to study the performance evaluation of logistics enterprises on theoretical and empirical level. The main results achieved in this thesis can be summarized as follows: The first part, combined with the present studies on the performance evaluation of logistics enterprise in home and abroad, a comprehensive review of its background and significance is summarized. The second part, the theory of the performance evaluation of logistics enterprise is discussed in detail, it concludes the definition of the logistics enterprise, the logistics functions, the foundational theory, key elements, and the basic principle of enterprise performance. The third part ,the comprehensive evaluation methods of logistics performance are summarized. Then combined with the characteristic of logistics enterprise, put forward an effective method—DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) to logistics performance evaluation. The forth part. with the application of EMS linear programming software, using the C~2R model of the Data Envelopment Analysis to the dynamic efficiency comprehensive evaluation of the Hancheng management of enterprise storage(Shenzhen). |
