:As the development of network economy and the information technology, the form of enterprise logistics will eventually trun to network structure. So reasonable and effective performance evaluation of enterprise's logistics network has become an important component to enterprise's survival and development. In all types of enterprises, the e-commerce enterprise depend on logistics most, so this paper will study on the performance evaluation of e-commerce enterprise's logistics network.Firstly, based on the review and summarize of related research, this paper has been clear about the content and characteristics of the performance evaluation of e-commerce enterprise's logistics network. Then for the characteristics of e-commerce enterprise's logistics network, construct evaluation index from four angles:warehousing, transportation and distribution, informationization level and comprehensive competitiveness by experts investigation. Based on the interaction and mutual dependence among indices of hierarchy indicators and the preferences of different decision maker, this paper uses the Network Analysis Process (ANP) and Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to evaluate the logistics network's performance, from the point of subjective and objective, the overall effect and efficiency. The combination of two evaluation methods can complement and inspect to each other, and make the evaluation more objective and comprehensive.The application of software Super Decision and Matlab strengthen the operability of evaluation model. Finally, taking a B2C enterprise as an example, the paper describes the whole process of evaluating, proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the method, and puts forward the approach to improve their own logistics network performance for e-commerce enterprises.
