| Seafarer is the important human resources for large shipping enterprises. It is utmost important for the life and property safety guarantee, marine environment protection and sustainable development of shipping enterprises to maintain the sufficient, reasonable structured, high-quality seafarer. However, in facing with status quo of the high quality seafarers' shortage both home and abroad, fierce competition and frequent movement, it has significant meaning to study the reasonable wage of seafarers, development mode and measurs of seafarers resources management in lare-scale shipping enterprise.However, there is still little study on the mode of seafarers management, considering they are the important human resources in larege-scale shipping enterprises. When it refers to the management mode of the senior and common seafarers as two study aspects, there is rather rare. And till now there is no involvement of the game model application of sequential bargaining with asymmetric information in the decision of seafarers wage. Therefore, it has both the theoretical and practical profound significance to carry out this study on the promotion the management of seafarer resources in China's shipping enterprises, and it's a pretty urgent.This paper studies the management of seafarer resources for large-scale shipping enterprises in three parts. Firstly, it analyses the research background and significance, and carries on the in-depth exploration in the current change character of seafarer labour market. Secondly, it introduces sequential bargaining game model with asymmetric information, and applies it in the seafarer wages decision innovatively; And last, according to the study, it proposes the mode and measures of sesfarers resources management in large-scale shipping enterprises, to maintain the stability of the seafarer. It provides the reference for China's large-scale shipping enterprises to carry on the scientific and effective management of seafarers as an important human resources. |
