Research On Shipping Enterprise Based On Cooperative Game Theory

With the worldwide economic development, shipping market's change has brought about the great development of shipping enterprises. Growth of Sizable ships and ship intellectualization, the acquisition and combination of big shipping enterprises mark the trends of scaled management of shipping enterprises. In a sense, the market behavior of the shipping enterprise comprehensively reflect its self-organizational structure and outside market environment, while the change of shipping enterprise influence the developing trends of shipping market.Under such situation, the economic theoretical instrument needs to be used for analyzing these changes of shipping enterprise. Traditional economic theory such as classical economics, neo-classical economics always acts as the instrument for analyzing enterprises. However, with time passing, the explanations on enterprises in some aspects from the perspective of neo-classicism is found not enough to clearly describe the enterprise behavior under the modern enterprise system. The statement of modern enterprise theory provides a new way for analyzing enterprises, as modern enterprise theory modifies the basic presuppositions of traditional enterprise theory, which has been long time argued, and hence can be more realistic and explicit in describing the enterprise behavior. Meanwhile, the game theory, as the analysis instrument of economics, can be widely applied and also can improve itself speedily. Therefore, the nature of enterprises will be investigated from a new perspective when using cooperative game theory to analyze enterprises.With modern enterprise theory as theoretical background, expect utility theory and the game theory as the basic analysis instrument, the paper tries to create a cooperative game model for describing the inside distribution policy and outside running behavior of shipping enterprise.
