The Study Of Enterprise Decision-making Influencing Factors On Base Of Enterprise Green Management

The sustainable development has become a concerning focus of China and world, green management helps enterprises to concern about the environment protection into the enterprise management process, enabling enterprises to meet the requirements of sustainable development. For enterprises, in particular its production and operation will have an impact on the environment, the analysis of how the decision-making process to select appropriate coping strategies, commitment to their social responsibility is the management of today's important issues. This study based on the recycling economy and green management theory framework, in the light of the decision-making system theory, selecting two representative chemical companies for the study in the Dalianeconomic development zone: the State-owned type--A company, whollyforeign-owned--B company to survey the way that affects the chemical companiespromoting green management decision-making factors, and integrated results of the questionnaire survey with the impact of the green factors affecting management decisions, using correlation analysis tools and standard deviation of comparison, green management decision-making enterprises from the common factor. And thus the two companies on the environment strategy in the choice of a comparative analysis. The results found that there are four common factors affecting the implementation of the green management decision-making enterprises, namely green corporate strategy, internal and external environment, corporate social responsibility and Green impetus factors and market factors. The two companies have four common factors of cognitive and there is a certain degree of importance attached to the difference. On this basis, this study conducted the enterprise to make management decisions by the green strategies and measures with a view to the decision-making process and to provide decision-making support.
