Research On The Evaluation And Construction Of Innovative Petroleum Enterprise

Traditional enterprises can only passively adapt themselves to the changes of circumstances and market when they pursue the maximum benefits. But innovative enterprise can actively look for the chances in the circumstances for innovation, and they have the ability to shape the market. We hold that innovative petroleum enterprise is the future mode of Chinese petroleum enterprises. Chinese petroleum enterprises should be turned into innovative ones as soon as possible.Firstly, we defined the innovative petroleum enterprise. We pointed out that this thesis was based on system theory, innovation theory, evolution theory and flexible strategy theory. At the same time evaluation theory was expounded and the evaluation method which uses assessment indexes system was chosen to evaluate innovative petroleum enterprise. Secondly, our thesis analyzed characteristics of the innovative petroleum enterprise. We compared innovative petroleum enterprises with traditional ones to see the differences between them. The internal and external factors than could affect innovative petroleum enterprise were analyzed by us. Then, the design of the assessment indexes system was based on basic level index, environment index, operation mechanism index and capability index. Accordingly, we set up assessment indexes system to evaluate innovative petroleum enterprise. On designing of evaluation method, the thesis determined index weight by AHP and established evaluation models by three grades fuzzy evaluation. Also, we gave an example to demonstrate the correctness and feasibility of the evaluation method. Finally, the way how to construct innovative petroleum enterprise was given after we analyzed the main problems about innovative petroleum enterprise.
