Research On Project Management Based On Virtual Enterprise

In 21st century with complexity and changeable competitive environment, it is more and more difficulty that a enterprise wins and maintain it's competitive advantage by itself resource and strength. To finish a common production or R&D project, traditional management model has unfitted of the current market. So, it becomes demand to hold opportunities and win competent that each enterprise mutually makes use of advantage resource with other enterprises. Project management based on virtual enterprise may organic colligate advantage resource of different enterprises. As a new management model that is based on different core competence co-operation, it is important means and can be use the prefect factors of society and technology. This new management model can fit the change of market which is changeful and cannot be predicated. So it forms a double-win or many-win condition. Project management based on virtual enterprise as a new management model becomes a selection to reply competent and hold and make market opportunities for enterprises.Firstly, this paper analyses the rationality, characteristics and advantage of project management based on virtual enterprise, classifies different models according to characteristics of project management based on virtual enterprise. Secondly, this paper discusses how to establish this model, pays attention to analyze the basic principle and evolution figure system about the partner selection, and puts forward a partner selection arithmetic based on AHP. Finally, this paper analyzes the risk problem, harmonize problem and the profit allocation problem, and put forward commonly some pieces of strategies on basis to improve relative stability.
