Study On The Risk Of Performance Management In Enterprise

With the globa l integration of economy and internet technology becoming more deeplyand widely, the form and content of corporation ma nagement have innovated continually.Performa nce ma nagement holds the key position in the system of huma n resourcema nagement, pla ys an important role. But modern enterprises are facing the most uncertaintyage, there are lots of risks in performa nce ma nagement such as the risk of dilution strategy, theshort-term risk of performa nce evaluation-oriented, the risk of huma n resource's loss resultedfrom performa nce ma nagement and etc. All of these will impede enterprises ma nagement, theserious one will even cause the deadly blow to enterprise. So, the study on it is urgent.Based on a thorough study on both performa nce ma nagement and risk ma nagementtheories, this thesis designs a control process for enterprises performa nce ma nagement.Research starts from to define the connotation and characteristics of performa nce ma nageme ntrisks, and recognizes the risks deeply through studying their forms and causes, and makes abase for risk reserach. this thesis establishes evaluation modles of performa nce ma nagementrisks by experts score and fuzzy evaluation. To control risks of performa nce ma nagementshould consider the macro and micro aspects according to their causes. This thesis bringscontrol measures. Control techniques are risk aversion, loss of control and risk transference.The concrete measures about how to prevent these risks,na mely avoida nces the risks throughgiving up performa nce ma nagement program;q uasi-prevents risk dama ge through Build ing aneffective performa nce ma nagement system, creating a suitable operation environment andestablishing operation safeguard mecha nism; contains risk dama ge through to scatter therisks and to backup risk units; transfers the risk through guara ntee, business agencyoutsourcing; so can control the risk greatly, and helps realizing enterprise's general goal.In this thesis, the significa nce of this research is divided into theoretica l and practica lsignifica nce. Since this research combines theories on both performa nce ma nagement and risk ma nagement, its accomplishments in turn expands the combination part of the two theories;and because this research brings specific preventive measures and case analysis, its results alsoprovide directions for enterprises in studying on performa nce ma nagement risk.
