Research On Appraisal And Promotion For Efficiency Of Production System

The production system is the main constituent in industrial and manufacture enterprises,and its efficiency directly relates to the utilization of production resource,the cost,the agility,as well the delivery date and so on.The efficiency question of production system has been the attention of production administration at home and abroad.How to diagnose the efficiency of production system on the system operation stage is an urgent problem needed to be solved.Most previous evaluation method studies mostly concentrate on the analytic hierarchy process,the balance scorecard and the fuzzy synthetic evaluation method to appraise production system efficiency.These methods are the subjective view method.The subjective judgment and the choice influence the analyzed results.Moreover the production system appraisal indexes have not been separately determined owing to the different types of production mode.Those methods do not quantitatively appraise production system efficiency from the low efficiency diagnosis aspects.And from the production mode aspect to consider the produces system indexes,inefficient diagnostic analysis is actually few.The production system is a complex system.It suits the DEA assessment method. First this paper defines the concepts of efficiency,productivity,production system efficiency and so on,analyzes the production mode of production system,and makes the foundation for production system appraisal to establish efficiency appraisal indexes; second,by the comparison of other methods,this paper adopts DEA method to appraise the production system efficiency and quotes DEA method in the production system efficiency appraisal and valid criterion,analyzes production system low efficiency reason;it has made up the shortcoming of non-quantitative evaluation and find out the countermeasure to promote production system.Finally the example verifies the theory and the method which is proposed in the paper.In view of production mode characteristic,this paper establishes the corresponding indexes,adopts DEA method to appraise the production system efficiency,and analyzes the quantitative reason of production system low efficiency.The researches of this paper have many theoretical innovation and practical meanings to the development of evaluation mode and evaluation system in the past,as well as establishing production system's evaluation theory and method system.For consummating the production system efficiency, it provides the improvement criteria and information.
